Refund Policy

1. Training & Courses

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our "No-Code AI and Automation" course, provided that:

• You have consumed less than 20% of the total course content.
• You have not downloaded the proprietary n8n/Make.com JSON templates included in the course.

2. Digital Workflow Templates

Due to the nature of digital goods, all individual workflow template purchases (JSON files) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

3. Consultancy Services

Consultancy fees are billed based on project milestones. Refunds for completed milestones are not available. If a project is cancelled mid-way, only the unearned portion of the deposit will be refunded.

4. Discounted Purchases

Please note that any courses purchased using the 20% Sale promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged for credit toward future training.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@amrismailai.com with your order number and reason for the request. We process all valid requests within 5-10 business days.
